

Wellness Works is an employee wellness coaching program designed to support participants in improving their overall health and well-being through coach-led guidance, personalized planning, habit building, and accountability. Coaches work closely with participants to assess their needs, set meaningful goals, and provide resources that align with their individual wellness journey.
Participants will:

Work 1:1 with a wellness coach who leads the process and provides ongoing guidance and support

Complete an initial assessment to identify goals, needs, and areas of focus

Collaborate with their coach to set and work toward a SMART wellness goal

Follow a personalized plan created with their coach based on their lifestyle and goals

Utilize resources and programs in Coach Catalyst as assigned by their coach
-
Option to focus on a specific wellness niche (e.g., Fitness & Movement, Gut Health, Stress Management, etc.), though this is not required

Track measurable progress through reflections, habits, and wellness metrics
Earn incentives for engagement and goal completion
