Five Keys is invested in you, we want our employees to get healthy and stay healthy in the way that works for them. We also understand the path to improved wellness looks different for everyone.

We are deeply committed to fulfilling our responsibility to advance mental well-being in the social justice landscape.  It is our goal to lead by example by continuing to raise awareness and implement new measures to meet the needs of our greatest asset—our people, YOU!

 

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for mental well-being. From stress and anxiety to family challenges, financial worry, or substance abuse, getting the right support and care at the right time is critical. The lack of proper care puts us at higher risk of suffering from other chronic medical conditions, living a lower quality of life, and being less effective at everything we do. TOGETHER we can turn that around.

 

Let’s agree that asking for and seeking help is not only okay, but essential.

In order to take care of each other, we need to prioritize taking care of ourselves. Wellness means continually and proactively balancing all dimensions of our own well being, including physical, mental, and spiritual health.

I guide you in developing awareness of your stress patterns and learning how to regulate your nervous system in real time. With small, consistent shifts, you can feel more grounded, present, and in control of your day.
